New Hookah Lounge Coming to Hallandale

Smoke and crypto lounge coming to Miami area.

Limbo Lounge is coming to the area by way of owner Udebuike Okechukwu. The concept, according to a filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, will appear at 1011 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Suite 104

The space was formally occupied with the now shuttered Hookah Up Café. Okechukwu recently acquire the spot and is amidst building out the inside and readying the kitchen. Along with hookah, beer and wine, Okechukwu plans to serve “finger-lickin’ food” and other staples, like pastas. Okechukwu plans to have the concept open on April 23rd. 

As a financial technology student, Okechukwu will center his business around digital currencies and assets. He hopes to attract like-minded people to enjoy hookah and discuss the cryptocurrency sphere. Limbo Lounge will offer a 10% discount on everything to those who own one of the business’ NFTs. 

The aforementioned plan review was filed on March 28 and is still in process.
