Chicken Street Canada, the Canadian expansion of the popular French chain Chicken Street France, known for its fried chicken and fresh naan wraps, is growing with two new locations, including a site in Quebec City and another in Ottawa at 2533 Bank Street.

Details about these upcoming restaurants remain limited, but Mehdi Sirigu, Partner and Franchise Developer for North America, has shared some insights on LinkedIn. Sirigu mentioned that the first opening planned in Ontario is just the beginning, with the second half of 2025 expected to be an intense period of growth. He expressed excitement about the Ottawa location, noting that fans will no longer need to drive three hours to enjoy Chicken Street’s popular Naan Tenders.

Chicken Street’s menu centers on its signature fried chicken, often paired with freshly baked naan bread. Customers can expect a variety of wraps, sandwiches, and combo meals featuring crispy chicken, accompanied by a range of flavorful sauces and toppings. The menu also typically includes sides like fries and salads, making it a casual and satisfying choice for fried chicken lovers.

Additional updates on LinkedIn revealed that a third Chicken Street location is opening soon in Montreal, marking three openings in just six months. The company is actively adapting its French concept to the North American market with strong support from franchise partners, including team member training and development.

Though exact opening dates and addresses have not been fully disclosed, temporary displays have appeared in some cities, hinting at the upcoming arrivals. Fans can expect a continued rollout of new locations across Canada, promising more opportunities to enjoy Chicken Street’s signature fried chicken and fresh naan dishes.

With a growing presence and enthusiastic backing, Chicken Street Canada looks poised to make a substantial impact in the Canadian casual dining scene throughout 2025.
