KaleMart24, a modern convenience store brand centered on health-focused food and beverage offerings, is preparing to open another new franchise location in Montreal at an address to be announced.
The company’s upcoming Montreal store is part of a newly signed multi-unit franchise agreement, according to a KaleMart24 news release. Moshi-Ul Lunar Islam, Sajjad Ullah, and Kevin Islam have joined the brand as franchise partners, committing to open one location and plan to develop a second within the next 12 months. The group is currently working with KaleMart24 on site selection, store design, and onboarding, with the first opening targeted for the first quarter of 2026. Customers can expect fresh, better-for-you snacks, premium beverages, ready-to-eat meals, and everyday essentials. Franchisee Kevin Islam tells What Now Montreal that he and his team are negotiating for a couple of locations, and will have more information in a few weeks.

This agreement follows another recent franchise commitment in Montreal, where separate partners have also secured rights to open a KaleMart24 location within the following year. Together, the deals highlight growing interest in the brand’s wellness-driven convenience model and signal continued development activity across Quebec.
