A brand new restaurant called Le N’OR Bistro Chic is getting ready to make its debut in Repentigny at 84 bd Industriel, Suite 450.

The new restaurant will move into the former home of La Chambre Bistro Sportif, according to the company’s website. Le N’OR Bistro Chic is the latest concept from Alexa Geoffrion, Jacob Bélanger Thibault, and Alex. It’s unknown when this new concept is expected to open, but the company is preparing to host a job fair in mid-June 2025, making it likely that the restaurant will open sometime in Summer 2025.

Le N’OR Bistro Chic will open its doors in a commercial space on Industriel Boulevard in Repentigny. The 4,600-square-foot space is located at the corner of the retail development and offers strong accessibility, situated near Highway 40 and Highway 138, and just three minutes from Brien Boulevard, according to LoopNet. Its proximity to a residential area and secondary school is expected to help attract a steady flow of visitors.

The space, renovated in 2022, is in excellent condition and well-suited for a restaurant setting. Features include a kitchen, central air conditioning, high ceilings, and a terrace that will serve as an outdoor seating area for the bistro. Le N’OR Bistro Chic will also benefit from 24-hour access, pylon signage, and full wheelchair accessibility. The lease term spans ten years, with utilities, building services, and property expenses included in the rate.
