Maison Lipari, the premier destination for luxury homeware, has announced the expansion of its flagship store to eventually include a new restaurant, located at 8150 Décarie in Montreal.
In May 2025, the company will open a stunning new 21,000-square-foot retail space located directly across from the Royalmount development in Montreal, according to a press release. This expanded store promises to offer an even more immersive shopping experience and a broader selection of homeware items, showcasing over 150 luxury and designer lines, including exclusive pieces available only in Québec.
Driven by the desire to enhance the shopping experience, Maison Lipari is expanding from its current 7,500-square-foot space at its Décarie location to the new, sprawling 21,000-square-foot locale. The new flagship store will feature an exciting array of additions, including a wide range of accent furniture, a kids’ area, outdoor living essentials, and a sleep lounge. Customers will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped demo kitchen designed to host events and workshops. A design centre will provide expert guidance on home decor, and later on, a restaurant will complete the destination experience.
“We are thrilled to create a true lifestyle destination with this new store,” Patrizia Lipari, second-generation owner at Maison Lipari, said in a press release. “This expansion allows us to showcase the breadth of our curated collections while offering customers an unparalleled one-stop shop for all things homeware.”
A standout feature of the new flagship location is a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen that showcases premium cookware. This innovative space will allow Maison Lipari to further connect with its customers by hosting cooking events, chef demonstrations, and interactive workshops. Additionally, a yet-to-be-named restaurant will be opening at the end of 2025 or early 2026, bringing even more excitement to this transformative retail space.
Maison Lipari’s new flagship store will offer an expanded selection of carefully curated luxury homeware brands, including Baccarat, Bernardaud, Christofle, Lalique, and Missoni Home. The store will also continue to offer exclusive brands in Québec, such as Hästens. Dedicated branded corners will allow customers to experience the collections in a unique, immersive environment fully.
“We are proud to offer some of the most exclusive and sought-after luxury brands in the world, and this new store will allow us to share these exceptional pieces with our customers in an entirely new way,” added Patrizia Lipari. “It’s not just a store; it’s a lifestyle destination.”
