Poulet Rouge is expanding to Rosemère with a new restaurant set to open at 401 Boul. Labelle, Unit FC6, inside Place Rosemère.
The Quebec-based grilled chicken chain continues to grow its footprint across the province, adding to its network of more than two dozen locations. While an opening date has not yet been confirmed, the shopping center’s website suggests this location will be opening soon. It’s also unclear whether this new restaurant will be a corporate or franchised location.
Situated near the intersection of Autoroute 640 and Autoroute 15, Place Rosemère is one of the region’s busiest shopping centres, home to more than 200 stores, including Walmart, Best Buy, and a 13-restaurant food court.
Poulet Rouge specializes in customizable grilled chicken bowls inspired by the founders’ Mediterranean roots and North American upbringing. The brand launched in 2012 and has become known for its healthy, quick-service meals served in a vibrant setting. Customers can build their own bowl by choosing a base such as rice or quinoa, adding grilled chicken or veggie fillets, then topping it off with fresh garnishes and signature sauces like Volcano, Hercules, or the fan-favourite Poulet Rouge Sauce.
With a menu that accommodates a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegetarian, keto, halal, and gluten-free, Poulet Rouge has positioned itself as a modern, health-conscious alternative in the quick-service category.
Earlier this year, What Now Toronto reported that the company opened its flagship location in Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhood, marking its first street-front restaurant in the city. The upcoming Rosemère location further demonstrates the brand’s commitment to expanding across Canada, particularly within high-traffic retail environments.
