Sandwicherie Sue, a Vietnamese-inspired sandwich and grocery concept, is preparing to open a new location in Brossard at Quartier DIX30.

The company’s fourth location is expected to open in Winter 2025, according to a recent announcement on social media. A grand opening event is also planned, with further details to be shared soon. Customers can expect the brand’s signature bánh mì, rice noodle bowls, spring rolls, and house-made drinks like bubble tea and lemonade.

Founded in 2015 by Susan Lo and her husband, Luis Léon, Sandwicherie Sue has become known for its fresh, on-site prepared Vietnamese sandwiches and Asian street food-style dishes. The concept expanded in 2019 to include imported grocery items, house-made sauces, and a selection of spirits. The Sue-vide product line features vacuum-packed proteins and vegetables that allow customers to recreate their meals at home.

In addition to the upcoming DIX30 location, Sue currently operates three shops in Montreal: 2524 Beaubien Est, 951 Duluth Est, and 218 Peel. The new opening marks a significant step in the brand’s growth beyond the island of Montreal and into the suburban South Shore market.

The menu includes traditional and modern bánh mì options, such as grilled lemongrass pork, caramelized char siu, and tofu with vegan aioli. All sandwiches are served with house-made aioli, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and hoisin-style sauce. Guests can also choose from vermicelli bowls, Asian salads, and spring rolls with peanut or nuoc cham dipping sauce.

Sandwicherie Sue’s expansion reflects growing demand for fast-casual Vietnamese cuisine in Quebec, with DIX30 offering high visibility and steady foot traffic.
