Vertigo, a contemporary resto-bar concept offering globally inspired cuisine, is getting ready to open in Trois-Rivières at 225 Rue St-Georges.
The company’s newest location is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, moving into a central downtown address near the waterfront, according to the company’s website. While an exact opening date has not been announced, General Manager Martin Charland will oversee operations at the Trois-Rivières restaurant. Customers can expect a wide-ranging menu influenced by flavors from Asia, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and the American West Coast.
Vertigo currently operates locations in Boisbriand, Brossard, and Laval, with Trois-Rivières marking its fourth restaurant. The concept is part of Groupe ZIBO!, a Quebec-based hospitality group known for its diverse dining brands and accessible, casual restaurant environments. Groupe ZIBO! has been steadily expanding across the province with a focus on urban centers and high-foot-traffic districts.
The new Vertigo will offer a full-service dining experience with an extensive food and beverage menu, indoor seating, and options for takeout. The location at Rue St-Georges is within walking distance of the Saint Lawrence River and is expected to benefit from both local traffic and tourism.
Menu highlights include tartares, pasta, seafood dishes, burgers, salads, and internationally inspired appetizers. Signature offerings include lobster cobb salad, burrata with confit tomatoes, filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, wild mushroom risotto, and Asian-style dumplings. The bar will feature classic and house cocktails, wines, beers, and a sangria bar.
