Ampersand Studios continues its Nashville expansion with a new location on the way. The flexible workspace brings a space for creators across the city. Equipped with modern offices, open workspaces, and creative amenities, it caters to the city’s growing community of innovators and entrepreneurs.
Ampersand Studios to Expand Its Nashville Presence
Nashville’s creative community is in for a treat as the flexible workspace, Ampersand Studios, is expanding. Preparing to launch its second location, the workspace fulfills the needs of creators, thinkers, and builders in the city. The location of the new workspace comes with endless options to reinvent the standard workday for entrepreneurs.
Located at Nashville Yards, the workspace spreads over a 25,680-square-foot space. The many experiences in the neighborhood will enrich the experience of those at Ampersand Studios. Situated in the CAA Creative Office Building, the location provides members with access to professional resources and collaborative tools to support growth.

Features of the New Workspace
Spread over thousands of square feet, the new Ampersand Studios is on the 5th floor at 955 Church Street. The space will feature 64 offices, including four conference rooms, open workspaces, and a podcast studio. Among these, the podcast studio is one of the workspace’s most anticipated features.
With this, recordings, hosting interviews, and producing branded content will be easier. The podcast studio comes with a design that reflects the brand’s focus on serving the creative community.
Through this expansion, Ampersand Studios will further grow its network, which includes over 500 members. The new location will open in February, and the membership waitlist is now open. The workspace is also inviting community members for hard hat tours that begin on December 15, 2025.
The brand offers three primary membership levels. These are the Private Office, Resident Membership, and Content Creator Membership. They are based on the team size and professional goals of the members. A 20% Founding Member discount is also available to new members.
