  • Station A is a new multifamily housing complex that will open in the Nashville neighborhood.
  • The 292-unit development will open doors for residents in early summer this year.
  • The Madison-based apartment complex will have a lounge, clubroom, pool, fitness center, and parking facilities for residents.

A Joint Multifamily Complex Project of Greystar and Griffin Capital

Greystar, in collaboration with Griffin Capital Company, is working towards the completion of Station A, a luxury 292-unit housing development in the Madison neighborhood of Nashville. The real estate development firms have joined hands for the project to bring a “sophisticated” living experience to Madison.

Complete Details of the Station A Housing Complex

The Greystar and Griffin Capital Company-led housing project’s name ‘Station A’ comes from Amqui Station, which sits a mile south of its original Madison-based location. The 292-unit huge multifamily development promises to be a luxurious building in the Nashville neighborhood.

Station A will soon offer the people of Madison both studio and one-two-three bedroom apartments. According to the Greysar and Griffin Capital Company developers, these apartments will be spread in an area from 576 sq ft to 1,375 sq ft.

The developers will offer Madison residents two finish schemes from which they can pick the one that goes with their style. Station A will be laced with features like elegant wood cabinetry (available in Truwhite or Onyx colors), sleek matte black or gold hardware, sound-proof technology, and wood-inspired plank flooring.

Other than these, the Nashville-neighborhood-based development will have an amenity space (indoor and outdoor) of more than 19,000 sq ft. Station A residents will get to enjoy its lounge, clubroom, pool, fitness center, and parking facilities. Additionally, there will be work-from-home spaces.

When it comes to the interiors, the Madison-based housing complex will emerge as a development that supports the history of its location while keeping up with modern apartment needs.

What Do The Station A Developers Say?

Giving a backdrop of the 2023 tornado, Greystar’s Director of Development, Andrew Cook, said, “We are proud to offer another much-needed housing option for this resilient and growing community here in Nashville that has worked hard to rebound from the devastation of the December 2023 tornado.”

Hinting about the launch date of Station A, Andrew added, “We’re making tremendous progress on construction and excited to welcome residents later this summer.”

On the other hand, Griffin Capital’s Paul DeMartin stressed the benefit of Station A’s location.

He said, “We have been very active in the greater Nashville MSA based on our high level of conviction in the long-term outlook for the market and believe this location will be a terrific community for residents for years to come.”

Future Plans Regarding Station A

The current location of the Madison-based Station A is along Gallatin Pike, which is very close to Hendersonville. Plus, one can even take a short drive from Station A to reach Downtown or East and West Nashville. Due to these reasons, Greystar and Griffin Capital are planning to build a transit line adjacent to Station A.

With its luxurious benefits and ideal location, Nashville neighborhood’s Station A development is expected to become a preferred choice of Madison residents after its launch in the summer of 2025.
