- The Employee Health Policy was missing at the food establishment during the inspection.
- The report added that an employee at the Nashville eatery was handling a freshly prepared bun without washing their hands. This was right after the employee used raw ground beef.
- Paper towels were absent from the hand sink in Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint’s kitchen area.
- The report added that raw egg shells were stored over ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler of the Nashville facility.
- A low-temperature dish machine in the kitchen registered 0 ppm sanitizer.
- As per the report, an employee’s cell phone was stored on the prep table in the kitchen. An employee’s drink was found in the same place as well.
- Wet towels were stored on the kitchen prep table of Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint.
- A cup with no handles was being used as a scoop in a flour container at the Nashville food facility.
- The report said that the most recent inspection report was not posted at the facility.
