According to the inspection report, Doll’s Family Cafe was found in violation of several health codes during the inspection. Doll’s Family Cafe on Gallatin Avenue received an unsatisfactory score in a recent health inspection. On-site inspectors documented several violations, which are presented in a health report. The violations noted in the inspection report are as follows:

  • A lack of managerial control contributed to several violations.
  • There was no cold water in the employee restroom.
  • Catfish and swai are on the menu, but only swai was available at the time of inspection.
  • The three-compartment sink has debris and sanitizer water greasers.
  • Cooked cabbage was inside the refrigerator, which had been cooled before refrigeration. The temperature before refrigeration was not noted, and the employee was trained on cooling and embargo.
  • Cooked pork chops and white beans were improperly placed in a warmer box at 121°F and 110°F, respectively. They were reheated, and employees were trained on proper heating methods.
  • Two unlabeled chemical spray bottles were on the storage rack near the employee restroom.
  • Thawing raw fish in standing water is against food safety guidelines.
  • A bottle of water was placed on the table with produce, with its seal broken.
  • On the kitchen’s prep table, there was a can opener that had debris on its blade.
  • There was no toilet tissue in the employee restroom.
  • The employee restroom had no covered trash can.
  • The floors under the cart by the cook line stove were extremely dirty.
  • The management did not place a “No Smoking” sign or the international “No Smoking” symbol at every entrance.
