Hotel chain giant Pendry Hotels & Resorts brought a sensational wave in Nashville’s real estate space with its recent announcement of opening a 326-unit luxury hotel and residences in the city. The property will be built in its Paseo South Gulch district.
To initiate the Nashville project, the California-based hotel chain group has collaborated with real estate investment and development companies Trestle Studios and SomeraRoad.

The Pendry Nashville Project
The new Nashville project, located in Paseo South Gulch, will have 180 guest rooms. The property will also have 146 residences. The developers are hoping to complete this luxurious hotel and residence project by 2027.
Nashville’s Earl Swensson Associates Inc. will be the architectural firm that will design Pendry’s new project. Whereas its interior design will be looked at by the New York-based Post Company.

The new project promises to be a haven for luxury; the new hotel property of Pendry Nashville will offer the city a variety of amenities, including a sophisticated lobby bar and a ground-floor restaurant. To make special days memorable, Pendry’s Paseo South Gulch location will offer visitors a show kitchen and ballrooms (junior and grand). The grand ballroom will allow one to enter into a private outdoor terrace.
To make events a grand affair, the hotel’s second floor will be equipped with a meeting and event space of 10,000 sq. ft.
