Nashville Welcomes Wellness-Focused Community
Located at 2500 W. Heiman St., The Lanes is an upcoming community of modern single-family homes. A group of local developers are working in collaboration to bring the ambitious project to life.
Edward Tinsley, Jared Bradley, and Eric Russell are building The Lanes with a vision of a lifestyle for Nashvillians who want proximity to the heart of the city. The upcoming project is the largest private investment in the history of North Nashville, at $95 million.
Tinsley, managing principal at the Tinsley Co., said the team had a blank canvas when designing The Lanes. They aim to create the most livable neighborhood possible.
The project is being developed with high‑end finishes usually seen in custom homes. In a bid to raise the bar for urban living, Russell, principal of Big Plan Holdings, said they are looking to create an “unmatched quality of life found at this price point in the city.”
Project Design and Wellness Amenities
On its website, The Lanes describes its homes as “each filled with natural light and designed for peaceful, connected living.” Well-known Murphy Maude Interiors is fronting the interiors of the project, blending sophisticated design with comfort and warmth.
Buyers can choose from four interior design schemes, each tailored to a unique lifestyle and aesthetic. Thoughtfully curated design themes include Mid-Century Organic, Natural Transition, Modern Rustic, and Holistic Earthen. The interiors will bring a cohesive and elevated experience to every home.
Wellness is at the heart of the community. Residents will enjoy a host of amenities that support a healthy lifestyle, including a private community house and pool, a wellness center, and an adjacent greenway. Plans include the addition of a dog park designed to foster connection and well-being.
Eight distinct architectural styles and floor plans, with 3- to 4-bedroom layouts and custom cabinetry, are just the beginning of a wide array of offerings for new residents. There will be optional rooftop decks as well that provide views of downtown Nashville.
Connectivity in North Nashville
One of the USPs of the development is its robust connectivity to important landmarks in and around Nashville. The Lanes is lodged between Germantown and The Nations, about five minutes from the Gulch, West End, Downtown, and River North.
The community will also be a quick trip from historic institutions like Tennessee State University, Fisk University, and Meharry Medical College. Residents will enjoy seamless access to their favorite shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment spots in the city.
Phases of Construction
The Lanes has planned to deliver 154 homes over the next four years in phases. Phase 1 will begin with the introduction of a private swimming pool and pool house. New amenities will be implemented in sync with the growth of the neighborhood.
The construction on amenities will commence this August, and the first homes are planned for completion in September 2025. The report confirmed the sales at The Lanes launched on Tuesday, led by the Nashville office of Redeavor, a national real estate firm. The Lanes’ sales team will be headed by Tamara Senibaldi.
The core ethos of The Lanes goes, live well, be well. This spirit will be reflected in every decision made by the developers—from materials to amenities. The development ushers in a wave of renewed hope for people who put wellness first in the search for a home. A one-of-a-kind neighborhood, The Lanes offers a unique blend of health, design, and community.
