Lovett Industrial has announced the development of a new Class A project on 52.64 acres in Hermitage. The project marks the firm’s second industrial development in the Nashville area. The company is expanding its footprint in one of the Southeast’s top logistics markets.
New Development for Nashville’s Growing Market
Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, has announced plans for the Hermitage Logistics Hub. The upcoming facility will rise in the Hermitage community, just east of downtown Nashville.
Ben Swift, East Region Market Leader at Lovett Industrial, said, “With the fundamentals remaining strong and the continued growth of the region as well as its strategic location to serve the larger Southeast population, we see Nashville as a market where tenant demand will continue to outpace supply. We are excited to have another project in this market and look forward to continuing to expand our presence in Nashville.”
Stream Realty Partners will oversee marketing and leasing for the project, led by Griffin Farriss, Bradley Worthington, and Andrew Fletcher.
Project Specifications and Features
The facility will span 213,840 square feet with a 220-foot depth and 36-foot clear height, featuring the following:
- 55 dock-high doors
- Two drive-in doors with ramps
- 185-foot truck court
- 186 parking spaces
- Trailer storage
It’s designed to accommodate a range of logistics and industrial operations. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
Location Strategy for Logistics and Connectivity
