Spanning over 10 acres, Stokers Village is gearing up to bring 94 homesites near downtown Nashville. According to PRNewswire, the urban townhome community by Century Communities will have pre-opening celebrations in October. Members of the community’s interest list can expect invites before the general sales launch in November. Home prices at Stokers Village are slated to start from the mid $400s.

Nashville’s homebuyers at Stokers Village can receive two-story townhomes in an area spanning 1,765 square feet. The houses at the latest development will offer 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and a 2-bay alley-load garage.
Each home includes dual walk-in closets, providing plenty of space for residents. Select homes at Stokers Village will have electric fireplaces.
The site is located at 3033 Stokers Lane, Nashville, TN 37218, which is on the corner of Buena Vista Pike and Stokers Lane.
Residents will also have access to nearby Germantown’s green spaces, complete with benches for relaxing outdoors. A bike rack, two-car garages, and lit sidewalks are other facilities at the community.
Online Homebuying for Tennessee Residents
All available homes in Tennessee from Century Communities now include access to its industry-first online homebuying platform. Tennessee residents can shop homes at CenturyCommunities.com. They can click the “Buy Now” option on any available home and then fill out a Buy Online form.
After this, they will need to electronically submit an initial earnest money deposit and sign a purchase contract via DocuSign®.
