8th & Roast Co. will will open its third location at the Broadview at Vanderbilt, according to the Broadview’s website.
The Broadview is a mixed-used development in Midtown that is aimed at new Graduate and Professional at Vanderbilt University. It is expected to house retail spaces, residential apartments, a public courtyard, spaces for both group and private study and a fitness center, according to Nashville Post.
8th & Roast was founded by Ed Reed and Q-juan Taylor. It is a part of Reed Hospitality Group. The coffee shop and roastery recently opened a location at Nashville Airport this year.
The new location will open next year. It will be located at 120 20th Ave S. According to Nashville Post, guests can expect to be served internationally and ethically sourced coffee.
