Amaravati Indian Cuisine, located at 5012 Thoroughbred Lane in the Merchants Walk Shopping Center in Brentwood, appears to be under new ownership, according to paperwork filed with the City of Brentwood Beer Board.

Ravishankar Shetkar is listed as the new owner on the paperwork. What Now Nashville reported on a change of ownership for Amaravati Indian Cuisine last year.

The restaurant serves a variety of Indian dishes, including biryanis, kebabs, tandoori chicken, naan, dosas, fried rice, noodles, desserts like rasmalai, and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages.

Amaravati Indian Cuisine is near other restaurants such as Another Broken Egg Cafe and Cinco de Mayo Mexican Restaurant.
