The space that houses V & V Vietnamese Cuisine in Brentwood at 214 Ward Circle, Suite 700, in Brentwood is slated to transition to a new concept, according to a liquor license filing with the City of Brentwood. An Asian fusion restaurant called Zushirito is slated to take the space.

V & V indicated an ownership change at the end of August, and local chef Ann Bui confirmed  in an Instagram post on Sept. 3 that she and her team had taken over management of the restaurant. In the announcement, Bui stated that the menu at V & V Vietnamese Cuisine would remain the same for the time being. However, in 2026, the concept would transition into an Asian fusion restaurant offering a street food-style menu.

Bui also recently opened her own Asian fusion catering business, Asian Bites by Chef Ann, serving the Greater Nashville area. Bui specializes in Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese cuisine.

The liquor license filings indicate that Pakinee Moolsarn has teamed up with Bui for the forthcoming Asian fusion concept.

What Now Nashville reached out to the ownership team for additional details on Zushirito and its menu but did not receive further details prior to the time of publication.
