As the grand opening of their debut bakery in Franklin approaches, Tyler and Aubrey O’Laskey have a Nashville location in the works for their brand Perenn Bakery, as well.

The first location in Tennessee is expected to open this spring at 94 E Main Street in the historic Boat House, as previously reported by What Now Nashville.

The second location will be located in Nashville at 2934 Sidco Road, Suite 130, according to the Perenn Bakery Tennessee website. It will “open soon,” the website states, though additional details about that location’s opening timeline have not been revealed.

The second location will sell pastries and bread, and it will act as a production kitchen for Perenn products. That location will also offer a retail aspect for the brand, as well.

The O’Laskeys opened Perenn Bakery in Reno in 2018 and have three locations open in the Reno area.

“Set out to bring craft and artisanship to Reno, Perenn quickly became a foothold within the city, nourishing the community with carefully crafted sourdough, Vanilla Crème Brulee Kouign Amann, and most notably their handmade croissants, a local staple,” the Perenn website states.

The couple previously owned Butter + Salt in the Lake Tahoe area, and they also operate Claio, a rotisserie, wine and cocktail concept in Reno.
