Barista Parlor is changing course in the new year. It is closing three locations and has plans to revamp the existing East Nashville location, as reported by the Nashville Scene.
The East Nashville location revamp will result in a temporary closure and will entail bringing Barista Parlor’s roasting equipment to the spot at 519 Gallatin Ave. The revamp process, which will take about a month, will result in a more minimalist menu without matcha and specialty drinks, according to the Scene’s reporting.
The East Nashville location, as well as the spots in the W Hotel and BNA, are all remaining open moving forward while Germantown, Hillsboro Village and Sylvan Supply will close.
Barista Parlor, helmed by Andy Mumma, opened in 2012. Since then, it has expanded to eight locations.
What Now Nashville has reached out for further details regarding the transition.
