According to a recently filed new business permit with the Davidson County Clerk’s office, a new coffee shop called Bloom and Brew will be coming to 913 Conference Dr Suite 106 in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
The business is still a few months out from opening but will be starting construction on the building within the next two weeks.
Owner Robyn Peeples told What Now Nashville a little bit about the vision for the upcoming cafe.
“Bloom and Brew Goodlettsville will be a boutique coffee shop serving espresso-based drinks as well as pastries from our next-door neighbor, Healthy Body Bakery,” said Peeples in a phone interview.
“We’re very excited to partner with Healthy Body Bakery, they’re awesome. They use nutritious ingredients like ancient grains and really focus on providing quality pastries,” Peeples said.
Healthy Body Bakery specializes in serving baked goods without using wheat, corn, or soy in its pastries. Though its menu offerings change daily, some of the pastries that can be expected at Bloom and Brew include cookies, muffins, and cakes.
Due to the cafe being so early in the opening process, Bloom and Brew does not currently have a website or social media channels set up. Stay tuned for an update in the next couple of months for Bloom and Brew’s upcoming opening.
