According to recent building permits, L&L Market’s resident brewery Bold Patriot Brewing Company is undergoing a rebranding, renovation, and name change. Now known as Bassline Brewing Company, the space located at 410 39th Ave N. will reopen with additional bar space for food preparation and additional customer seating in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood.
Owner Janet Mueller told What Now Nashville that the rebranding efforts have definitely kept her busy. Currently, a reopening date for the new concept is not known, though is likely to be within the upcoming months once construction is completed. Building permits issued at the end of August indicate that a fall completion might be expected.
The interior of Bassline Brewing will include 1,670 square feet of space accommodating 112 guests, and an outdoor patio of 1,483 square feet for hosting 99 guests, as stated on permits. Metro values the permit at $62,000.
Bold Patriot Brewing was regarded for its diverse selection of various beers, including traditional ales and lagers, porters and stouts, India pale ales, Belgian style, and Berliner Weisse beer, according to its website. The brewery originally opened in Norco, California in 2012 and relocated to Nashville in 2019.
Mueller was not immediately available for additional comment regarding the remodel. What Now Nashville will report back with details as they become available.
