Franklin-based Curio Brewing Co. appears to be expanding operations, according to recently filed liquor license paperwork. The spot filed for an on-premise license at 111 Alpha Drive.

Currently, Curio Brewing operates a short distance away at 216 Noah Drive in Franklin.

The paperwork indicates plans for a bar with a full menu at the address.

Curio Brewing, owned by William Von Wotring, offers a family-friendly atmosphere with 20 beers on tap that are brewed locally in Franklin. Their current spot serves as “a space to meet, work and unwind,” according to the brand’s website. It serves both Curio brews and guest brews from other local brands.

“We love to experiment—whether it’s small-batch beer, carefully brewed coffee or seasonal flavors, we’re always exploring new tastes,” the website states. “But one thing never changes: Our commitment to Franklin, TN. When you drink with us, you Sip Local.”

Currently, the brand lists no food menu on site. However, the spot offers plenty of pop-ups, collaborations with other businesses and events such as trivia and bingo nights.

What Now Nashville has reached out for more details on plans for the new space.
