The Pink Truck is planning its first permanent location. It has inked a lease to bring The Pink Truck Parlor to 117 South Broadway St. in Portland.

The food truck has been operating in the Nashville area, serving desserts around town and at events.

“What started as a little pink truck rolling through the streets is now growing into something even sweeter!” stated the Instagram announcement earlier this month. “We’re beyond excited to officially announce the opening of The Pink Truck Parlor — a place where you can come grab your favorite treats and make memories that last.”

The Pink Truck serves a variety of desserts, including ice cream and cookies, as well as coffee beverages. The brand also recently partnered with Paige Hickam of Front Paige Treats LLC. Front Paige Treats offers baked goods such as cakes, cookies and pastries.

All of these offerings are expected at the forthcoming brick-and-mortar.

The Pink Truck Parlor is expected to host a grand opening at the end of October.

What Now Nashville reached out to the ownership for additional information but could not obtain comment prior to publication.
