A new E + Rose location is set to open in East Nashville, according to recent construction permits, located at 400 Gallatin Ave. It’s unknown when the new cafe intends to open, however, permits suggest the timeline for completing construction may not be until later this year or early 2024.

The wellness-focused vegan cafe, known for its acai bowls and fresh-pressed juices, also aims to promote an overall healthy lifestyle by hosting yoga classes and boxing classes for the community.

Owned by company founder and registered dietician Robbie Nowinski, E + Rose has been a Nashville staple for vegan food since it first opened in 2017. Over six years, the brand has grown to have locations all across Music City in popular neighborhoods like Wedgewood-Houston, The Gulch, Brentwood, Midtown, Downtown, and Rolling Mill Hill. The East Nashville location marks the seventh E + Rose cafe to open.

It’s expected that the new location will have plenty of indoor seating options in the two-story building, which sits on about 7,800 square feet of land. The cafe is also expected to serve a grab-and-go fridge with prepared vegan meals such as wraps, soups, bowls, and salads that it offers at its other locations.

The East Nashville E + Rose will neighbor popular spots in the area like Dino’s dive bar, Rosemary and Beauty Queen bar, Donut Distillery, and Jane’s Hideaway music venue.

A representative from E + Rose was not immediately available for comment.
