We’ve seen trends recently of out-of-town hospitality concepts targeting Nashville as the latest hot market to expand in for both restaurants and retail. Michigan-based Elia Group is no exception; they’ve even made their game plan to open eight to ten concepts in Music City over the next few years.

A recent article from the Nashville Business Journal revealed the growth plans, with three specific areas being eyed for new restaurants. On the heels of opening its first Nashville restaurant later this year downtown, Elia Group’s CEO Zaid Elia said they’re actively working out deals for locations on Broadway, looking into the Gulch, and are interested in Wedgewood-Houston, according to the NBJ article.

Though exact details regarding leases signed on Broadway have not yet been revealed, it’s likely to be announced once the group’s first concept, Experience ZuZu, comes closer to an opening date. Currently, a late 2024 opening date is eyed, according to a press release.

Elia Group oversees a few different dining concepts under its portfolio, primarily focusing on high-end dining. Its portfolio includes Parc Detroit, 220 Merrill, and serving as a Preferred Developer for Starbucks. Elia noted that Nashville will see brand-new concepts that the Elia Group is working on.

What Now Nashville will further update as concepts are announced and leases are signed. In the meantime, customers can stay tuned for Experience ZuZu’s upcoming opening on experiencezuzu.com or @experiencezuzu on socials.
