Elia Group has a new project in the works in Nashville. It will open a new venue in collaboration with an unnamed celebrity partner at 127 Third Ave. S. next June, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal. Construction for the space, which formerly housed Layer Cake, is currently in the permitting process.
A permit calls for construction throughout the lower level, ground level, second level and roof deck of the nearly 15,000-square-foot space. Further details remain scarce at this time.
Elia Group is also revamping The Valentine, which closed on Sept. 14 for renovations. It will reopen in the spring.
The Detroit-based development group is also behind Parc Detroit, Brisa Bar, 220 Merrill and the Rose Room in Michigan. It also opened Zuzu in Nashville earlier this year.
