Whitney’s Cookies is in expansion mode in the Nashville area. As the brand prepares to open its second location at The Arcade, owner Whitney Miller revealed to What Now Nashville that a third location is on the way. It will open in an approximately 1,700-square-foot space at 4825 Main Street, Unit 4, in Spring Hill.

The new spot will give the team a larger kitchen space, which will allow them to expand their wholesale offerings in addition to what they offer in-store.

Miller founded Whitney’s Cookies in 2019 and opened her first brick-and-mortar storefront in 2023 in downtown Franklin. Miller has been working as a pastry chef for years and even won the first season of Fox’s MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay in 2010. Since then, she has built her customer base with popular desserts like her brownie cookie.

Whitney’s Cookies offers a variety of cookie flavors such as the almond croissant cookie, the stuffed chocolate chip cookie and the salted peanut butter cup cookie.

“I just love that it’s really hard to have a bad day when you eat a cookie,” Miller said. “So being able to bring joy through people, whether it’s a good time or bad, it’s just something that brings me joy.”

Miller is hoping to open the Spring Hill location at the end of September. She envisions the two new locations opening in the Nashville area this year as the next step toward a larger growth for the brand.

“We hope to grow within the Southeastern market, so the goal was to really grow our footprint in the area that we’re in now and then expand,” Miller said.
