Hal’s The Steakhouse, a well-known Atlanta-based upscale restaurant, is coming to Nashville. The restaurant is named after its Co-Owner Hal Nowak alongside Co-Owner Sammy Jimenez.
The Southern Broadway location is set to be inside the Downtown Marriott Hotel location, at 410 Rep. John Lewis Way S. An opening timeline is unknown, however, it is likely that the location may open within a few months, or by the end of the year.
The New Orleans-inspired restaurant is well-known for its “local clientele and relaxed charm” at its original Atlanta location, according to Hal’s website.
The Nashville location’s menu is expected to serve its signature award-winning steak, fish and shellfish dishes as well as pasta, soups, and salads. It’s also known for enforcing a dress code to accommodate the upscale environment, and for its extensive wine list.
The restaurant also prides itself on its hospitality and superior service, which is expected to also translate at its newest location in Music City.
“Hal’s offers the kind of relaxed, easy elegance rarely found these days from a knowledgeable wait staff that immediately lets you know you’re in good hands. It’s why Hal’s is the place where locals go to eat and play, where Atlanta’s power dinners happen and why Hal’s boasts such a large number of repeat clientele,” states the Hal’s website.
