Hank’s Coffee Station will be expanding this year. They have plans to open a second coffee shop this summer in Columbia at 307 West 11th Street, according to their website. They currently have one location open in Franklin.
Couple Joshua James and Savannah Starr are behind the concept.
“We’ve spent over 10 years dreaming, planning and learning all things coffee with the hope that someday we would open a shop of our own,” the Hank’s website states. “Here we are today with Hank’s, named after our brave, bold and lovable pup himself, Hank James. We are a young family of four and are beyond honored to be part of the historic community here in Franklin, Tennessee. We’re looking forward to bringing our love for coffee and scratch-made pastries to our neighbors, friends and visitors alike.”
The coffee shop offers signature drinks such as Hank’s Vanilla Latte (served with house-made vanilla bean syrup), salted whipped honey latte, Hank’s honey bee tea latte (white coconut crème tea, oat milk, local whipped honey and honey syrup, topped with coconut sugar and cinnamon) and fleur de salted caramel latte (made with house-made caramel and floral sea salt).
As of now, an exact opening date is unknown. What Now Nashville reached out to the ownership team for details but could not obtain comment prior to the time of publication.
