In-N-Out, the famous west-coast burger brand is set to make its Southeast debut in Tennessee later next year.

The company’s president, Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, met with Governor Bill Lee today at The Factory at Franklin for a press conference announcing the big news.

“I’m proud to welcome In-N-Out Burger, an iconic American brand, to the Volunteer State,” Governor Lee stated on Tuesday. “Tennessee’s unmatched business climate, skilled workforce and central location make our state the ideal place for this family-run company to establish its first eastern United States hub.”

As reported by the Nashville Business Journal, “In-N-Out Burger plans to begin construction on a 100,000-square-foot building in Franklin by late 2024 that will serve as its eastern territory office. The project is slated to be completed by 2026.”

In-N-Out currently has locations in CA, NV, AZ, UT, TX, OR and CO. Texas is as far East as the company has expanded, until today.

It’s estimated that the development will bring more than 275 jobs to the community, according to a state Department of Economic and Community Development news release. In-N-Out as a company is known for its well-rounded employee benefits, frequent raises and promotions, above minimum wage pay, and good company culture.
