Insomnia Cookies is planning its first foray into Nashville. It will join the Kenect development at 800 19th Ave. A, according to reporting by the Nashville Post.
Seth Berkowitz launched the brand in Pennsylvania in 2003. It hit its 350th location across the U.S., Canada, and the UK this past November. The brand opened 55 new bakeries in 2025 and is aiming to open 75 bakeries this year, according to a previous release.
Insomnia Cookies has several locations across Tennessee, but nothing directly in Nashville. Existing locations include Murfreesboro, Memphis, Johnson City, Knoxville, Clarksville and Chattanooga.
The cookie brand offers a variety of cookies such as red velvet chunk, double chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, confetti deluxe and s’mores deluxe. There are also brownies, ice cream, ice cream-and-cookie sandwiches and cookie cakes.
