The franchise team behind Just Love Coffee’s Spring Hill location has another location on the way. It will open at the Shoppes at Henpeck at 1276 Lewisburg Pike in May, according to a recent Instagram announcement.
“Just Love Coffee Cafe is expanding! In addition to our cozy Main Street location in Spring Hill and our new convenient drive-thru at Graceland Church near I-840, we’re thrilled to announce a new drive-thru location coming in May near Berry Farms!” the announcement states. “No matter which spot you visit, every cup you enjoy supports families and children on their adoption journeys and helps provide care for widows. Your coffee makes a difference — and we can’t wait to serve you!”
The new drive-thru spot heading to the Shoppes at Henpeck comes from franchisees Frank and Cathy Snodgrass. They joined the Just Love Coffee team in 2020 with the Spring Hill shop and have since expanded to a drive-thru location in Franklin.
The Snodgrass couple joined the Just Love Coffee franchise because they were drawn to the mission, according to the Just Love Coffee website. Just Love Coffee started out as an online coffee business, founded by Rob Webb in 2009 in Murfreesboro. The business aimed to support adopted families, and the business still supports fundraising events and charities.
“We’re more than a coffee shop — we are a coffee shop with a purpose — a place where we understand every person who comes through our doors has a story. We want them to feel seen, acknowledged, and, of course, LOVED! So, to our family, we’re a ministry disguised as a coffee cafe,” the Snodgrass family stated on the Just Love Coffee website.
There are now more than 50 Just Love Coffee locations across multiple states, from Florida to Wisconsin. The strongest presence remains in the franchise’s home state of Tennessee, which has about 20 locations.
The cafe serves artisanal coffee and a breakfast-inspired food menu featuring items like wraps, waffled sandwiches, omelets and sliders.
