A third Ladybird Taco location could be opening in Nashville, according to a permit filed with Metro. The brand is looking to open a location in The Gulch neighborhood at 1206 Demonbreun St.

Ladybird Taco CEO Brooks Veazey confirmed with What Now Nashville that they intend to open a spot there, though plans are still being finalized. He and the team expect to release more information on the spot in the coming weeks.

Gabe Scott and Andrew Wiseheart founded the brand in 2020, focusing on Texas-style breakfast tacos. The brand’s first location found its home in the 12South neighborhood and they later opened a spot in Birmingham, Ala. The third location for Ladybird Taco opened last year in East Nashville.

“We’re on a mission to enable a life-giving community by specializing in breakfast and lunch tacos. Modeled after the taco scene in Austin, Texas, Ladybird serves house-made tortillas, queso, salsa and salads from fresh ingredients, alongside full barista service all day,” the Ladybird website states.

This new location would be the fourth for the brand. Currently, the location is still in the early stages of development and an opening timeline is forthcoming. Stay tuned for updates.
