Local Lebanese restaurant Epice has filed a permit for a spot at 3827 Cleghorn Ave.
Epice has one existing location in 12South. The brand is part of the Siege Hospitality portfolio, led by CEO Maher Fawaz. In addition to Epice, Siege manages concepts including Spanish restaurant and wine bar Lola, modern Mediterranean spot Santo and fast-casual Mediterranean brand Kalamatas.
Epice offers hummus, falafel, salads, pita sandwiches, lamb shank and roasted chicken. It serves brunch items on the weekends such as shakshuka and beyrouti tacos. There is also a wine and cocktail program.
