Brandon Bramhall, one of the partners behind Lakeside Lounge and cocktail bar Attaboy, is bringing a new spot to the retail development taking shape at 601 Hagan Street.

The yet-to-be-named bar will go into an 1,800-square-foot space at the development and is slated to open in summer or early fall of 2027, Bramhall shared with What Now Nashville in an email.

Bramhall said longtime friend Elliott Kyle, who is handling leasing for 601 Hagan, brought the opportunity to him. Kyle previously helped him find the location for Attaboy and Lakeside Lounge. Once Bramhall met with the developer David Creed, the deal fell into place.

The bar will be designed to be a late-night concept, open seven nights a week. It will also have a small outdoor space on the street level. Bramhall said the menu is still to come, but customers can expect a full liquor, wine and beer program and snacks.

“Cocktail wise, expect nice, simple things executed at a high level with a few fun curveballs thrown in there,” Bramhall said.

Bramhall is excited to be part of a new development in Wedgewood-Houston. When he moved to Nashville in fall 2016, he worked as a bartender at Bastion, giving him an introduction to the neighborhood.

“A large part of my early days and introduction to Nashville was coming through Wedgewood-Houston. I’ve always had an affinity for it,” Bramhall said. “It’s one of the rare walkable pockets in Nashville and to have a chance to positively contribute over there, offering something for the neighborhood as it grows, is exciting for me. Meeting with David Creed (the developer) only pushed that excitement further. I was drawn to seeing what is happening in the neighborhood for the future and the vision for the development. His desire to create a classic aesthetic using high-grade materials and our alignment on quality made it feel like a natural fit.”

As of now, a lot of details about the concept are still up in the air as the development is not expected to deliver until late 2026. Bramhall plans to release more details as they grow closer to opening.
