Alexis Soler has made a name for herself as a trailblazer in the bartending world over the last two decades. Now, the entrepreneur is using her experience from previous local concepts No. 308, Old Glory, and the recently opened Golden Pony to create a new dining and bar concept for the upcoming East Nashville Dickerson Pike project, to be called 11ELEVEN, as reported by The Tennessean.

The new site will be at the former Piggly Wiggly grocery store at 917 Dickerson Pike. Although it’s unknown when the project will welcome guests, it’s promising to be in the near future, as other restaurants and bars have recently been announced to join the development like Junior Restaurant and Wine Bar and Fancypants. An exact grand opening date is forthcoming.

According to an interview in The Tennessean, Soler said 11ELEVEN will include “an 11-seat Vietnamese-inspired restaurant with a menu that nods to Asian drinking snacks.” The food program will be directed by Soler’s partner, Michelle Pham, who also helps Soler co-own Old Glory.

With additional details on the horizon, 11ELEVEN remains mysterious. What is known is that the new spot will be unlike anything else in the area, combining Soler’s hospitality expertise and eye for design. Guests can likely expect unique, complex cocktails and a thoughtful food menu in the intimate space.

11ELEVEN does not yet have a website or social media pages created. Customers can keep an eye out for more information from What Now Nashville as this story develops.
