M.L. Rose Craft Beer and Burgers is opening its Gallatin location on Oct. 21 at 2145 Nashville Pke., Suite 100.
It will be the sixth spot for the local chain, which currently has locations open in Capitol View, Franklin, Melrose, Mt. Juliet and Sylvan Park.
However, there is more expansion on the horizon. A spot in Inglewood is still “coming soon,” according to the M.L. Rose website.
There is more expansion expected in the long term, as well. Austin Ray told the Nashville Business Journal earlier this year — in an article now posted on the M.L. Rose website — that he envisions 10 locations in the Greater Nashville area in coming years. He is looking to place an M.L. Rose in Donelson and Murfreesboro.
However, he told the Business Journal that 2025 likely will not see openings as they optimize the new locations. Further expansion to new neighborhoods will likely come after that.
“Greater Nashville is where my focus has been. It’s where it remains. There are a ton of great neighborhoods that would support M.L.Rose in Nashville and the surrounding counties,” Ray told the Business Journal. “Although I think M.L.Rose would play in a lot of neighborhoods in a lot of different markets, my focus is Nashville and I’m not in a rush to go to Knoxville, Huntsville, Birmingham, Memphis. Those are all places that I think would really support an M.L.Rose, but I really want to get our foothold as strong as it could possibly be in Nashville.”
Ray opened the first M.L. Rose in December 2008. The spot serves wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads and shareable plates like nachos and pretzel bites. For drinks, it serves draft beer and cocktails.
