Local Entrepreneur Secures Lease For New Space

The space is at the edge of the Robertson neighborhood.

Local entrepreneur Kirolles Yacoub has secured a lease at 6100 Robertson Avenue.

The space is just over 2,300 square feet, according to lease information. The concept, which remains unnamed, will serve alcohol, Yacoub confirmed with What Now Nashville.

It is expected to open in 2025.

Yacoub is involved in other local concepts such as Vibes Bar & Lounge near Music Row. What Now Nashville previously reported that he also became the owner of the previous home to cocktail bar EG&MC.

Other establishments at the 6100 Robertson Avenue shopping center include Molly’s Cupcakes, Benji’s Bagel and Coffeehouse and Vigor Fitness.
