On the heels of its 15th anniversary, locally-owned M.L.Rose Craft Beer and Burgers will open a new location in East Nashville at 3701 Gallatin Pike sometime next year. Founder and CEO, Austin Ray, helms the expansion efforts, having purchased the historic building and its two other tenant spaces.

“The existing 12,500-square-foot structure, built in 1940, will be renovated to house M.L.Rose and two additional restaurant or retail spaces, with tenants yet to be announced. Similarly to the original M.L.Rose location, founded in 2008, the space will reflect the history of the original building. The brand, built on the idea that every neighborhood needs a watering hole with great burgers, beer, and ambiance, plans to bring its ‘get out without getting fancy’ atmosphere to East Nashville in a way that honors the spirit of the Inglewood community,” according to the press release announcing the new location.

An exact grand opening date is too far out to determine and will be announced at a later date. It’s that likely a spring 2024 opening might be eyed, depending on permitting and construction efforts. This will become M.L.Rose’s fifth location.

The menu at M.L.Rose is rounded out by quality pub food, including handcrafted, seasonally-rotating burgers, indulgent sandwiches, beer-braised wings, top-voted nachos, and fresh, crisp salads and wraps. Its draft beer menu offers 36 rotating brews and each location boasts a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic options as well. The new location in Inglewood will offer lunch, dinner, happy hour, late-night drinks and eats, and weekend brunch.

“I’ve been searching for a home for M.L.Rose on the East side for seven years, and while I’ve found several good spaces, I could never find one with a building this beautiful and great parking until now,” Ray stated in the release.

Customers can keep updated with M.L.Rose’s newest location on its website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
