A recently filed new business application with the Davidson County Clerk’s office reveals the latest location from Marco’s Pizza franchisee, Hoogland Restaurant Group, is coming soon to 2528 Murfreesboro Pike.
Although an opening timeline for the new site is not yet known, it’s likely to be in the final stages of opening and may start serving customers in January.
The minds behind Hoogland Restaurant Group, which happens to be the largest franchisee of Marco’s Pizza, are CEO Keith Hoogland and President McLain Hooglan. The family-owned brand operates locations across Tennessee as well as 18 other states.
“We currently operate over 100 restaurants in 19 states serving delicious, high-quality pizza! Our mission is ‘Serving one meal, one family, one neighborhood at a time. We strive to be better and faster than anyone else. That’s the HRG Way,'” states the company’s website.
Marco’s Pizza is a popular fast-casual brand specializing in high quality ingredients and homemade dough. The menu at each location boasts an bundance of unique toppings to choose from, like the Hawaiian Chicken pizza with ham, bacon, chicken and pineapple, as well as the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza featuring its signature Old World Pepperoni and three cheeses. The menu also offers boneless chicken wings, sub sandwiches, pizza bowls, salads, cheesy sticks, and a “cinnasquare” dessert.
“Our flour, sauce and three signature cheese make our product distinctly Marco’s. We prepare the dough daily in our stores and keep customers coming back,” states the Marco’s Pizza website. There are currently over 1,100 stores across 33 states, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas.
