A popular family-owned chain of pasta restaurants is growing this year. Nicoletto’s is gearing up to open another location, this time in Mt. Juliet near the east side of North Mt. Juliet Road. An exact street address, along with an opening timeline, is forthcoming. The site approval for the location was recently approved by the Mt. Juliet Planning Commission, ushering in a future trajectory of growth and development for the Nashville suburb.

The new Nicoletto’s site will be around 1,185 square feet and will neighbor nearby business Beniki Nailspa, states an article from The Tennessean.

Brothers, co-founders, and owners Ryan and Danny Nicoletto originally opened the first Nicoletto’s brick-and-mortar location in 2016 in East Nashville after selling pasta to farmer’s markets and restaurants. The duo sourced authentic, vintage Italian pasta-making machines to supply their local warehouses and tested the recipes and business model for years before setting up a public-facing storefront.

Currently, the Nicoletto’s team operates two cafe locations, with one in Donelson and its original location in East Nashville.

“Since starting, Nicoletto’s bustling dried pasta factory has tripled in size to accommodate growing wholesale and retail orders from shops and marinara-lovers across the country. Nicoletto’s is always made traditionally: bronze-cut. More texture means more sauce coverage which means you get the best pasta bowl you’ve ever had, every time— whether you get it at the restaurant, or you make it at home,” states Nicoletto’s website.

A representative from Nicoletto’s was not immediately available for comment. For additional updates, follow Nicoletto’s on Instagram and Facebook.
