Baker Michaella Zetts recently announced on her Instagram page that she will be bringing a brick-and-mortar spot, SOS Counter, to Franklin this fall. In partnership with her husband Ryder and fellow business partner Jessica Chow, Zetts will open the spot at 701 Cool Springs Blvd, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

In the meantime, Zetts has been operating Sourdoughs of Somerset as a pop-up, baking loaves, sourdough, baguettes and other bread items. These items are expected to be on the menu at SOS Counter, as well as salads, soups and sandwiches from Ryder and pastries and desserts from Chow, according to the Business Journal.

The location will be situated near office areas and a park. It will also neighbor the new The Well Coffeehouse.

What Now Nashville got in touch with Zetts but could not obtain further information regarding the new concept prior to publication. Stay tuned for updates on her Instagram page @sourdoughsofsomerset.
