A new permit filing indicates that a former Midtown spot could receive a new concept. A bar appears to be heading to 1711 Division St., formerly home to The Patterson House, which moved to the Gulch in 2025.

A name for and details regarding the new concept remain unclear at this time. Real estate professional Jane Chera is listed as the applicant as well as the owner of the building on the filing.

The Nashville Business Journal reports that a beer board permit and a business filing for Designed Hospitality LLC, an LLC connected to Chera’s real estate company The Chera Company, have both been filed over the past months.

What Now Nashville has reached out for more details on plans for the space.
