According to recent reporting, the owners behind Germantown’s popular cannabis-infused eatery Buds & Brews are looking into bringing a new concept to East Nashville at 1024 Woodland St. The building was recently home to 3 Crow Bar, which is set to close as soon as the sale of the property is made official according to the Nashville Scene. Google now reports the 3 Crow Bar as “Permanently closed” after operating as Five Points’ neighborhood dive bar for almost 20 years.

Buds & Brews initially opened last summer, bringing forth the first cannabis restaurant and bar concept in Nashville. The sister company behind the brand is The Holistic Connection, owned by Nashville local Mike Solomon. The dispensary has multiple locations throughout the state, offering legal Delta-8, Delta-9, CBD, and THCa products complying with federal law. Although Tennessee is not currently a state that has recreationalized marijuana, the business abides by the state’s regulations.

What Now Nashville reached out to Solomon regarding the deal at 1024 Woodland St. but Solomon was not immediately available for comment. It’s likely that due to the sale of the building still being in the beginning stages, the details around the new concept will not be unveiled for another few weeks.

It’s currently unknown if Solomon and the team behind Buds & Brews will be expanding with a second location of the concept at the new East spot. Stay tuned for additional updates as they are announced.
