Upscale Mediterranean restaurant Mēdüzā Mediterrania from global hospitality group Noble 33 is heading to 717 Ewing Avenue in Pie Town, with plans to open in 2026, according to a release.
“As one of the nation’s leading innovators in music, culture and food, Nashville felt like a natural next step in our growth,” Mikey Tanha, co-founder and CEO of Noble 33, said in the release.
The Mediterranean-inspired design will feature natural tones and elements intended to model a coastal town, including a custom carved wood installation by artist Etienne Moyat and curved ceiling structures inspired by the waves of the sea.
Menu highlights include grilled branzino, wagyu kafta, and pistachio-crusted salmon. Offerings also include a raw bar and a cocktail program.
Mēdüzā Mediterrania debuted in 2023 in New York City’s Meatpacking District. The brand will join the Houston market in 2025, and it will eventually open in Miami, as well. The Nashville spot is the fourth location to be announced for the brand.
“We’re humbled to enter this new market and look forward to contributing to its incredible dining scene with our newest concept that encapsulates the Noble 33 experience,” Tosh Berman, co-founder of Noble 33, said in the release.
Noble 33 has multiple concepts in its portfolio. In addition to Mēdüzā Mediterrania, the group operates Mexican concept Toca Madera, Italian concept Sparrow Italia and fellow Mediterranean concept Casa Madera. They also plan to launch a new concept — 1587 Prime — this year in Kansas City in partnership with NFL players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.
