North Carolina breakfast and brunch chain Brunches appears to have plans for a Nashville location in the works. It lists Nashville as one of the locations that is “coming soon” on the Brunches website, though an exact location is not specified.
The chain finds its roots in Wilmington, North Carolina. Danny and Earl McPherson opened the first location in 2019. Since then, they have added four additional locations in North Carolina and one in Virginia.
It appears that the chain has big plans for expansion in the near future. In addition to Nashville, other locations listed as “coming soon” include North Carolina spots in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Greenville; South Carolina spots in Mount Pleasant and Columbia; a spot in Virginia Beach, Virginia; and locations in Atlanta, Tampa, Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tuscaloosa.
The brand also just announced a location heading to Charlotte, as reported by What Now Charlotte.
Brunches centers their concept around the tagline “Mimosas made me do it.” The menu consists of a variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch classics, including burritos, bowls, omelets, benedicts, burgers and salads. They also offer a post-lunchtime menu, featuring “brew bites” like nachos and chicken tenders, breakfast for dinner, fish tacos and entrees like Wagyu meatloaf. The beverage menu includes mimosas (and mimosa flights), coffee cocktails and brunch shots.
As of now, many details about the Nashville expansion remain unknown. An exact opening timeline is still to come.
