Owners of Slow Hand Coffee + Bakeshop expanding to Lebanon

The Guidrys will open Juniper in early 2023.

The owners of Slow Hand Coffee + Bakeshop will open a new fine dining restaurant next year.

According to Slow Hand Coffee’s Facebook page, Audra Guidry and Nick Guidry will open Juniper Restaurant in downtown Lebanon Square.

“This is the second fine casual restaurant concept from Chef Nick Guidry of @pelicanand pig,” a post made on October 5 said.

Other than Slow Hand, the husband and wife duo own Pelican and Pig.

Juniper’s menu will include “wood-fired chop house selections, house-made pasta, pizzas and more,” according to Slow Hand’s Facebook page

Other than Juniper, the husband and wife duo is also opening a second Slow Hand Coffee location later this year.

Juniper restaurant will be located at 124 N. College Street, while Slow Hand Bakehouse will be housed at 111 S. Greenwood Street.

The Guidrys did not respond to What Now’s requests for comment.
