PennePazze is continuing its local expansion to Franklin.

What Now Nashville recently reported that PennePazze is one of the newest tenants announced for the Starling development heading to Germantown. Now, PennePazze owner Rony Stark has shared the next location with What Now Nashville: the spot will be opening in the Canteen on Carothers development by Stockbridge Capital.

Stark anticipates that the Franklin spot of PennePazze will open late next year.

PennePazze, which first opened in Nashville’s L&L Market in 2020, serves pasta and Roman-style pizza, or pinsa, alongside a beverage program offering wine and beer. Menu options include carbonara pasta, ravioli de ragu, pinsa pazza and pinsa funghi.

Stark is planning to debut PennePazze’s first full bar and its Italian market, where people will be able to buy PennePazze products, at the Starling development in fall of next year. He said the Franklin spot will be very similar to that location, so customers can expect these expansions at the Franklin location, as well.

PennePazze currently has two open locations in Nashville and Murfreesboro, with ambitious expansion plans in Nashville and beyond in the coming years.
